Bird flocks and crab growth provide insight to internal communications

We are currently working with a major drink manufacturer to help improve the quality of the communications between their innovation group and the rest of the business. Like many internal organisations the gaps between departments are often left whilst all energies are focused on the delivery of departmental objectives.

Biomimetics provided a fresh approach to this cross functional challenge and in a short three hour session the team managed to ingest and use the biomimetic training to identify 85 ideas that would improve the communications. Within an hour of the session finishing members of the team had already implmented a number of the ideas.

This is a great example of how biomimetics can help a business. It is easy to understand and apply and the results are immediate and valuable.
