No such things as an IT project

Our real expertise is in managing business change. At a very high level it is the process of getting from the current position (the “as-is”) to the planned position (the “to-be”). To be successful one needs to combine process, organisation, technology and strategy together. They are all intrinsically related so all need to managed as an integrated whole. That is why there is no such thing as an IT project. That is often why IT driven change doesn’t live up to expectations.
