Biologize your thinking™
Thought leadership using biology to get inspired strategic thinking
On the 23rd April 2009, in London I’m going to be running a thought leadership workshop called Bringing Innovation to Life. It is an opportunity for senior executives to get together to see the latest development in strategic thinking and to explore how this new approach will benefit their businesses. I am joined by Dr Cathy Barnes from the University of Leeds whose experience spans submarines to sandwiches and as a leader in the Government sponsored Faraday node Cathy brings a wealth of innovative thinking and problem solving to the table. Executives from the finance and transport sectors have already signed up t see how this new approach can help them get breakthrough thinking in their respective industries. Based on my PhD research at Bath University I will show you how biological systems can provide inspiration in strategic thinking, process engineering, change and leadership development. By building on nature’s 3.8 billion years worth of problem solving we will take a specific look at examples in the Natural History Museum and translate those into real solutions for business. At this stage I cannot provide you with a strong ROI case as I don’t know your specific challenges. However i am prepared to offer a risk free guarantee as I am convinced of the benefits based on my experience testing this approach with the likes of Mars, Coca Cola and the MoD. If you do not feel you got value from the day I will refund your fees. In addition I will spend a day with you at your business working through one of your current issues and in the process identifying ideas that you could implement. To book a place you can call me on 0773 669 9969 or email phil.richardson@thoughtcrew.net. The fees for the day are only £700 plus VAT and are covered by the guarantee.
I look forward to seeing you on the 23rd April
all the best
Phil

PS the Ghost Crab above can show you how to manage growth where there are significant constraints, scare resources, high competition and a high need to manage sustainably
PPS we will be spending some time in the museum so the dress for the day is casual - we don’t want to look like an inspection visit!
